Ticket Due Date

The Ticket Due Date Setting enables you to assign the number of days to Ticket Due Date priorities in which a particular ticket needs to be resolved.

The available Ticket Due Date priorities are,

  • Very Urgent

  • High

  • Medium

  • And Low

To assign days to these, click the Edit button. Then, input the number of days for each Ticket Due Date.

Once assigned the days, click Update.
