My Account

The My Account Setting enables you to configure General Information like Business Name, Address; Ticket Due Date, Chat, and Working Hours. With these settings configured appropriately, you and your team members will manage different options of RUM Work easily without confusion.

To access My Account settings, simply click the Settings in the Left Sidebar from your Dashboard. Or tap on the gear icon in the top menu.
