Chat Settings

Chat Settings of lets you activate the following options,

Assign Chat to First Replier
Keep a Chat unread on click
Send Chat Notifications to Manager

And if you want these options to be activated for specific team members one by one, then you can choose them in the Round Robin Assign To These Roles.
